Spinatspätzle

Ingredients:
200 gr flour
3 eggs
3 tbsp milk
250 gr spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper and nutmeg
Preparation:
Wash and cut the spinach in small pieces, and put it in the hot pan. Mix the flour and eggs with caution, add the milk and the already sauted spinach. Press dough through spaetzle maker, or a large holed sieve or metal grater. Drop a few at a time into simmering liquid. Cook 5 to 8 minutes. Drain
