Can I reach the location by car?
No, Piz Arlara cannot be reached by car. In summer, it can be accessed on foot – even with strollers – or by bike, while in winter, by skis or snowboard.
Can I bring my four-legged friend?
Pets are welcome! After all, a holiday means spending time with those you love – and that truly includes everyone!
When are you open?
Our Alpine restaurant is open in both summer and winter. During the winter season, opening times coincide with the operating hours of the ski lifts.
Do you offer vegetarian dishes?
Yes, we offer a variety of dishes suitable for those who wish to follow a vegetarian diet.
Is it possible to oganize private events?
Absolutely! Piz Arlara Retreat is the perfect venue for your events – a welcoming and intimate place to celebrate life and special occasions.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US
A truly wonderful experience. The location and the venue are fantastic, offering spectacular views. The atmosphere is refined down to the smallest detail. The food is excellent. We tried an outstanding ‘rocciatore’ dish, tagliatelle with chanterelles, chicken nuggets for the children, and some desserts. Everything was of exceptional quality.
What impressed us the most, however, was the warm welcome from the owners. Their kindness and availability were remarkable; they greeted us beautifully and gave us plenty of helpful tips about the area. Highly recommended.
This is the second year in a row that I’ve stopped here for lunch, having been completely captivated by the location and the quality of the food. The trio of canederli is delicious, as are their desserts. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are an added bonus, perfectly complementing the breathtaking view you can enjoy while dining outdoors (we visited Alta Badia both years in late February/early March).
For me, Piz Arlara has become a must during my days on the slopes! See you next time!

My husband and I had lunch here a few days ago, and we were truly impressed by the cuisine; the dishes were expertly prepared, and we were welcomed by incredibly kind and professional staff who clearly care about their guests. The young man serving the dishes at the tables was especially delightful.
Highly recommended: the raspberry tagliatelle with white ragù, the grilled cheese with roasted vegetables on a potato rösti, and the spectacular Kaiserschmarrn, in my opinion, the best in the valley.
A restaurant with an extraordinary view and courteous, kind, and professional service. It’s impossible not to order the warm tomino cheese on a crusted potato bed and the caramelized apples on warm custard while dining here. The staff is truly courteous and professional. Highly recommended. Prices are absolutely fair!
